Outcome of Global Fund’s Replenishment Conference Senior Minister His Excellency Ieng Mouly Attended in Lyon of France on October 9-10, 2019

The outcome of the Global Fund’s Sixth Replenishment Conference held in Lyon, France, on October 9-10, 2019, that Senior Minister His Excellency Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority, attended as the high representative of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen was announced on the second day of the conference. At the conference starting at 9 a.m., French President His Excellency Emanuel Macron spoke of the global efforts to fight AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria. He then asked all the countries present at the conference to contribute $14 billion as planned.
