Meeting of the Council Ministers
On January 10, 2014 at the Peace Palace, Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia presided over a meeting of the Council of Ministers with the following agenda:
1. Draft National Strategy on the Supplies of Clean Water and on the Upgrading of Hygiene in the Rural Area (2014 -2025).
2. Draft Sub – Decree Prohibiting Smoking in Workplace and in Public.
3. Draft Sub – Decree in the Code of Ethics of Pharmacist.
4. Other businesses.

On January 7, 2014, in Pearang district of Prey Veng province, Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority in his capacity as the Representative of Deputy Prime Minister Bin Chhin, presided over a commemorative ceremony of January 7. It was the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the January 7 victory. Vice-Chairs of NAA, Kao Try and Kong Rotha, Pearang District Long Thath as well as a dozen of district personalities were also present at the ceremony. 470 representatives of youth, civil servants and representatives of armed forces and police participated in the celebration. 1. Accelerating HIV Case Detection and maximizing retention towards Zero AIDS Deaths have been identified as major strategies to enable Cambodia towards elimination of HIV transmission by 2020. Operationalizing & monitoring cascade of services from prevention to treatment is not only a concern of health sector but also non‐health and local authority as well for their contribution a synergistic collaboration in relevant development sectors.

On December 26, 2013, at the NAA meeting room, there was NAA leader meeting presided over by H.E. Ieng Mouly, Senior Minister and Chair of the NAA to discuss on 4 key subjects: the progress report of the NAA, the strategic planning development, the 7-point policy directive of the royal government of Cambodia in the fight against AIDS and the progress of the new design of NAA website.

On December 24, 2013, H.E.Dr Hor Bun Leng, Deputy Secretary General of the NAA jointed the round table discussion on "The Implementation of the Harm Reduction Program among Drug User in Cambodia through Community Partnership Project" at Women Media Center FM 102 under the collaboration with FHI 360 and supported by HAARP project from AusAID.
