Draft Royal Decree on the Organization and Functioning of Cambodian National Council for Science and Technology.

H. E. Ieng Mouly, Senior Minister in charge of Special Mission and Chairman of NAA also participated in the above-mentioned meeting. After long exchange of views, the council adopted the two above-mentioned draft law and draft royal decree.

Cambodia however, has seen the HIV infection rate drop by almost two-thirds, thanks to government action and large funding from donors. At the dinner, the Senior Minister met with high ranking officials dealing with the fight against HIV/AIDS notably: Michel Sidibé, Under Secretary General of the UN and Executive Director of UNAIDS, Ambassador Phillippe Meunier of France, Chris Beyrer, Associate Director of Center for AIDS Research, President-elect of International AIDS Society and others.
