Activities of H. E. Senior Minister Ieng Mouly in 20th International AIDS Conference in Melbourne, Australia
July 19 in the evening at Raheen:
H. E. Senior Minister and Lok Chumteav attended a welcoming diner hosted by Australian Deputy Prime Minister Warenn Truss. At the dinner, the Senior Minister met with high ranking officials dealing with the fight against HIV/AIDS notably: Michel Sidibé, Under Secretary General of the UN and Executive Director of UNAIDS, Ambassador Phillippe Meunier of France, Chris Beyrer, Associate Director of Center for AIDS Research, President-elect of International AIDS Society and others.
July 20:
The Senior Minister attended the opening session of the AIDS 2014 Conference where he met again Deputy Prime Minister Warenn Truss and former Chief Justice Michael Kirby.
July 21:
The Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of NAA, accompanied by Dr. Teng Kunthy, NAA Secretary General and Dr. Ros Seilavath, NAA Deputy Secretary General met with Blair Excell, First Assistant Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The topic of discussion was to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the fight against HIV/AIDS, to boost the country system in Cambodia and to prepare Cambodia to host the ICAAP in 2017.
In the afternoon of July 21:
The Senior Minister attended a reception hosted by Professor Bates Gill, CEO of the United States Studies Centre, Dr. Stephen Morisson, Senior Vice President and Director of Center for Strategic & International Studies and the US Consul General. At the reception, the Senior Minister met with the US Ambassador to Australia John Berry and Mark Dybul, Executive Director of Global Fund for the fight against HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

The Senior Minister attended the plenary session to hear the presentation by Mark Dybul, Executive Director of GFATM.
In the afternoon of July 22:
Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of NAA attended a diner hosted by David Davis, Minister of Health of Victoriaand by Jillian Skinner, Minister of Health of New South Wales. The Senior Minister met with both ministers as well as with high ranking officials from Sri Lanka and Nepal.

The Senior Minister attended the plenary session.
In the afternoon of July 23:
The Senior Minister met with French delegation to exchange views on how to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
In the evening of July 23:
Senior Minister Ieng Mouly and his spouse attended a reception party hosted by the Governor of Victoria, His Excellency the Honourable Alex Chernov and Mrs. Elizabeth Chernov. The Senior Minister met with the Governor. He had an opportunity to exchange views with Professor Sharon Lewin, co-chair of the 20th International AIDS Conference. Professor Lewin praised Cambodia for its successful program implementation in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
July 24:
At 10 am, accompanied by Dr. Sim Kim Sen, Vice-Chair, Dr. Teng Kunthy, Secretary General, Dr. Hor Bun Leng, Deputy Secretary General, Dr. Ros Seilavath, Deputy Secretary General and Dr. Ngin Lina, Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of NAA met with Paul Rathbone, Executive Officer of the Burnet Institute. The talk focused on bilateral cooperation in the field of research and others.
July 25:
Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of NAA gave an interview to ABC Radio Khmer program. The Senior Minister answered questions of Mr. Chheang Yuth, about the result of the 20th International AIDS Conference as well as about the last political development in Cambodia. The questions and answers of the interview lasted one hour.
