
The 20th International AIDS Conference winding up here in Melbourne, with latest estimates there are 36 million people worldwide affected by HIV, with almost 5 million of them in the Asia-Pacific. Cambodia however, has seen the HIV infection rate drop by almost two-thirds, thanks to government action and large funding from donors. But there are concerns that this success may be jeopardized by heavy headed policing and a fall in donor funding. Robert Carmichael reports from Phnom Penh.
