Senior Minister His Excellency Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority, presided over the January 2021 monthly meeting organized by the Authority on the morning of Tuesday, 2 February 2021. In attendance at the meeting were Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, ladies, gentlemen, and misses, the vice chairs, secretary general, deputy secretaries general, advisors, assistants, department directors, deputy department directors, and office heads in a total numbers of 47 participants. Senior Minister His Excellency Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority, presided over the November and December 2020 monthly meeting organized, via BlueJeans video conference, by the Authority on the morning of Wednesday, 30 December 2020. Participating in the meeting were Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs, the vice chairs, director of cabinet, secretary general, deputy secretaries general, and advisors as well as meeting room assistants and ladies, gentlemen, and misses, the directors and deputy directors of departments, heads and deputy heads of offices, and officials in a total number of 50 attendees. Senior Minister His Excellency Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority, spoke at the Regional Forum for Asia and the Pacific on World AIDS Day on the Topic “Leveraging the structure of the HIV response to address stigma, discrimination and the socio-economic impact faced by key and marginalized populations during the COVID-19 pandemic” organized by UNAIDS via video conference, starting from 2pm on the afternoon of December 2, 2020.
