H.E Senior Minister Ieng Mouly presided over the 71st meeting of the Global Fund Country Coordination Committee (CCC)

At 2:00 p.m., April 8, 2015 at the National AIDS Authority (NAA) head office, the 71st meeting of Global Fund Country Coordinating Committee (CCC) was organized under the chairmanship of H.E Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of the NAA and Chair of the CCC.

Participants attending the meeting were as following:
  • Members of the Country Coordinating Committee (CCC)
  • Representatives from relevant Government Ministries/Institutions
  • Representatives from WHO, and UNAIDS
  • Development Partners: Representatives from the Embassies of France, Germany, and the US
  • Civil society, Non-governmental organizations working in HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, Higher Education Institutions, and the Private sector.​
 The Proposed Agenda included:
  1. Review and endorse minute of 70th CCC meeting
  2. Declaration conflict of interest
  3. Update on CCC membership
  4. Process and result and secret ballot voting for HIV Sub-Recipient selection
  5. Working paper No 7 for solution on Malaria Sub-Recipient
  6. Selection of Health System Strengthening Sub-Recipient
  7. Report on Progress from three grants: Tuberculosis, Health system strengthening, HIV as per Principal Recipient Technical Review Team meetings (PRTRT), grant deliverables and updated CCC-OC planning document by Oversight Committee (OC)
  8. Next step documents on Governance for Country Coordinating Committee
  9. Key affected population segment (KAP) 
  10. CCC retreat in May 2015
  11. Any Other Business
 
After long exchange of views and having covered all items of the agenda, H.E Chair expressed his profound gratitude to all participants and stakeholders for their contribution to the fight against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. The meeting was adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
