Ad-hoc meeting of CCC Executive Committee

On March 04, 2015, at the National AIDS Authority headquarters H.E. Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of NAA and Chair of CCC presided over an ad-hoc Executive Committee meeting with the participation of:
 
  1. Dr. Dong-Il AHN, CCC Vice-Chairman, WHO
  2. Mr. Daniel P. Dimick, CCC Vice-Chairman, HPA
  3. Ms. Emond, Marie-Odile, CCC member, UNAIDS (apology)
  4. Ms. Inga Oleksy, CCC-OC Co-Chair, USAID, US Embassy
  5. Dr. Sok Thim, CCC-OC, Co-Chair      
  6. H.E Tia Phalla, Vice Chair, NAA
  7. H.E. Kop Mariyas (F), Secretary of State, MoWA (apology)
  8. Dr. Chiv Bunthy, CCC Secretariat Manager
 
The agenda for the meeting was:
 
  1. Endorsement of the minute of the previous ad-hoc Excom meeting held on February 16, 2015.
  2. Current situation related to malaria grant preparation.
  3. Follow up on PR issues for HIV grant.
  4. Sub recipient Process for HIV Concept note:
  • Request  from HIV Steering committee.
  • Draft timeline.
  • Revised CCC meeting dates (April 5-8, 2015).
  1. Incentives for Government officials: CCC letter to Ministries.
  2. US Government TA engaged - KAP advisor to CCC.
  • Brief Presentation of ToR.
  • First trip in the last week of March.
  1. Any other business:
  • Global Fund Email on CCC secretariat’s report.
  • Request for funding support from a CCC member to attend a meeting in Bangkok.
