On the occasion of Valentine's day February 14, 2015, H.E Ieng Mouly, Senior Minister in charge of Special Mission and Chair of the National AIDS Authority went to see people living with HIV at their homes in Roka Commune, Sangke District, Battambang Province. He was accompanied by Mr. Heng Mony Chenda director of the Non-Governmental organization “Buddhism for Development”.

 

At the weekend H.E Senior Minister in his own time went to see some people  in their own homes to  better understand their living conditions. He learnt about their difficulties and their needs and also encouraged them not to be depressed and hopeless although infected by HIV. He said they should take good care of their own and family's health, and live normally. They should go and receive medical services, and strictly and regularly follow  doctors’ advice for their medical treatment.
