His Excellency Ieng Mouly, Senior Minister Chaired the 69th Global Fund Country Coordinating Committee Meeting (CCC)
At 2:00 p.m., January 12, 2015, at the National AIDS Authority, the 69th Meeting of the Global Fund Country Coordinating Committee Meeting (CCC) was organized under the chairmanship of His Excellency Ieng Mouly, Senior Minister, Chair of the National AIDS Authority and the Chair of the Cambodia Global Fund CCC.

Members of the Country Coordinating Committee (CCC)
Members of the Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM)
Representatives from relevant Governmental Ministries/Institutions
Representatives from WHO, and UNAIDS
Development Partners: Representatives from the Embassies of France, Germany, and US
Civil society, Non-governmental organizations working in HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, Higher Education Institutions, and the Private sector.

To begin, His Excellency Senior Minister warmly welcomed all participants and requested the meeting to make comments on the proposed agenda and declare conflicts of interest, if any.
The meeting listened to a presentation on the Concept Note by the formulation team. Next Committee members voted to:
Support the Concept Note
Select a Principle Recipient.
The meeting also heard a summarized testimony on participation in the national dialogue by affected populations and listened to presentations on regional concept notes prepared by the Regional Network of affected Populations.
The meeting also considered an update on other developing concept notes such as:
(1)Update on the TB Global Fund budget (the signing of the funding agreement) ,Budget update on the Malaria component (Budget formulation and recruiting sub-recipients) and an update on Health System Strengthening Concept Note.
Then the meeting examined the CCC membership that failed to participate and their alternates. For any other business, the meeting discussed (1) financing for human resource (according to new funding model); (2) CCC secretariat and CCC retreat.
