On November 18, 2014, at the Naga World Hotel, the opening session of the HIV/AIDS Global Fund Concept Note Consultative Meeting was held under the chairmanship of H. E. Ieng Mouly, Senior Minister in charge of special mission, Chairman of the National AIDS Authority and Chairman of the Global Fund Country Coordinating Committee (CCC). Participants included representatives of relevant Departments/Ministries, civil societies, people living with HIV, development partners (DPs) and consultants. Also present were the Director of the National Center for HIV/AIDS, Dermatology and STIs, H. E. Dr. Mean Chhi Vun, Ms. Mari​e​-​Odile​ Emond, UNAIDS Country Director, and Dr. Fujitarepresenting Dr.​ Dong​-​il​ Anh, WHO Country Representative.
