 H.E. Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority (NAA), met with H.E. Dr. Chan Narith, Undersecretary of State from the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Secretary General of the National Social Protection Council (NSPC) in the support of a successful HIV response on April 13, 2023. H.E. Tia Phalla and H.E. Ros Seilavath, Vice Chairs of the NAA also attended the meeting.
The meeting examined a number of intervention barriers in responding to HIV/AIDS among key populations, including sex workers and homosexual men. These intervention barriers must be removed in order to achieve the successful control of HIV spreading, in particular, achieving the first 95% goal through detecting more than 10,000 undiagnosed people living with HIV.

H.E. Senior Minister Ieng Mouly and Lok Chumteav, along with leaders and civil servants of the NAA held a Khmer New Year celebration, with monks giving their blessings for health, prosperity, success, and happiness to all.
After the monk blessing ceremony, H.E. Ieng Mouly, Lok Chumteav, and the NAA leaders and civil servants watched the Khmer traditional blessing performance and the popular Cambodian folk dance called trot, dating back to the ancient periods, to bring in prosperity for the coming year.

Lay Khek, Advisor to the Cambodian Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority (CMAA) and former member of the National Assembly in the 1st term, in the afternoon of Wednesday, March 22, 2023. The funeral was held at House Number 001, Street 606, Sangkat Boeung Kak, Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh.
H.E. Chuon Chivin, a representative of the Cabinet of Samdech Techo Prime Minister, also attended the ceremony, bringing a message of condolence and a bereavement contribution of 10 million Riels from Samdech Techo Prime Minister and Samdech Kittiprittbandit to the family of the deceased.
