On August 25, 2015, in the afternoon, Senior Minister IengMouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority and Chair of the Country Coordinating Committee of the Global Fund, visited the National Center for HIV/AIDS, Dermatology and STD (NCHADS). At his arrival, he was greeted by Dr. Ly Peng Sun, Director of the Center. Then the Senior Minister spent a few minutes at the Center's Laboratory before he joined NCHADS's management, in a conference room, to hear the introduction by Dr. Mean Chi Vun of a new concept of payment for result.

On August 23, 2015, Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of National AIDS Authority (NAA) and Vice-chair of Government taskforce for Kampong Speu Province, presided over a public forum attended by over 300 villagers from Pheari Mean Chey and SvayRumpea Communes.
The Senior Minister was accompanied by H.E. Ms. Hor Maline , Secretary of State for the Ministry of Agriculture, and H.E. Ney Nonn, Under Secretary of State for the Ministry of Water Resource, as well as officials of the NAA, Kampong Speu Province and Basedth District. The hearing focused on issues relating to security, community safety and local order in the two Communes. Other issues, like ID and irrigation water shortage problems were also discussed.

...read more » On the morning of July 30, 2015, Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority, inspected the work of providing AIDS prevention and treatment services by the Chhouk Sar clinic of the FHI (Family Health International) project and the KHANA organization, under the aegis of the United States Agency for International Development and US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).
The prevention and treatment services have been provided by the Chhouk Sar clinic especially to those compatriots facing the high transmission of AIDS in Phnom Penh. They are encouraged and motivated to come forward to receive the services through customer networks th ...read more » On July 28, 2015, at NAA Headquarters, Senior Minister Ieng Mouly met with Mr. Sam Plummer and Pek Kimchoeun, new Technical Advisors hired by the Global Fund Coordinating Committee (CCC).
The Senior Minister, Chair of NAA and Chair of CCC underlined the main tasks assigned by the CCC to the two TAs in order to tackle the incentive issues as from December 2017, there will be no more incentive money from the Global Fund to pay to the government staff under the Global Fund grant. The CCC Chair suggested that the TAs should study the current situation of human resources and come up with a clear proposal to the CCC on how to smoothly run the Global Fund grant, with management and staff paid only by government budget.
