 On the morning of July 27, 016, Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of the Government Working Group for Borseth district, Kampong Speu province, provided over a public forum to assess and monitor the delivery of public service by the local officials to the population of the district. 500 villagers coming from Pur Angkrang and Pur Chamroeun communes attended the forum. The following questions were raised by the representatives of the population: IDs, Education, Health, Environment, Infrastructures including public works, water and electricity supplies system. Mdm. BU Jianguo, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Cambodia, to discuss, in a friendly manner, the cooperation between two countries to fight against HIV/AIDS in Cambodia. As result, both parties agreed as follows:
1) China would like to support Cambodia to build technical capacity for Cambodian HIV/AIDS officers.
2) Cambodia and China should have an exchange visit to share lesson-learnt and best practices in response to HIV/AIDS.
3) China agreed to contribute some financial support to Cambodia in the next three years.
