King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s Mourning Function at the Royal Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh, October 26, 2016

On October 26, 2016, H. E. Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority led a delegation of the National AIDS Authority to pay respect to the memory of the late King of Thailand, H. M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej at the Royal Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh.

In the letter of condolences, the Senior Minister mentioned that the passing away of King Bhummibol Adulyadej is an immense loss for the Thai nation. The King has dedicated his life to the development of Thailand and the happiness and well-being of Thai people.

The Senior Minister concluded his letter by respectfully beg H. M. the Queen of Thailand, members of the Thai Royal Family and Thai people to accept our profound condolences.
