On 17 May 2016, H.E. Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of the national working group to support Bor Seth district participated in a public forum at Kiri Sorphorn pagoda, Kat Phlouk commune with about 400 community people from Prey Sampor, Thlork Krabey, Veal Roveang, Trapang Poek and Kat Phlouk village, Bor Seth district. To join the trip with H.E. Senior Minister including Lok Chum Teav Hor Maline, Secretary of State of ministry of Agriculture, H.E. Ney Nun, Under Secretary of State of Ministry of Water resource and Meteorology, H.E., ladies and gentlemen from NAA and ladies and gentlemen from Kampong Speu province as directors and officials who responsible for provincial department, district governor and deputy district governor, commune chief and commune council members.
The community people paid more attention and raised their concern about safety, security and social order problem, the birth certificate problem, and the problem of water shortage because there is no rainfall yet. In response, the national working group and responsible officials to Bor Seth district did explain and identify solution to meet all these problems that community people could be acceptable.
