His Excellency Ieng Mouly, Senior Minister in charge of special mission and Chair of the National AIDS Authority, presided over the ceremony announcing appointments of NAA officials and advisors

On the morning of February 12, 2016 at the National AIDS Authority headquarters, His Excellency Ieng Mouly, Senior Minister in charge of special mission and Chair of the National AIDS Authority, presided over a ceremony to announce the appointments of advisers, deputy secretary general, as well as of department head and deputy head of the National AIDS Authority. Following the announcement, he then led a monthly National AIDS Authority top management meeting on work activities for the 2017 budget preparation.
