Meeting of the Executive Committee of the Coordinating Committee for Cambodia

At 15.00 in the afternoon of December 4, 2015 at the National AIDS Authority Headquarters, a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Coordinating Committee for Cambodia was held under the chairmanship of His Excellency Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority and of the Coordinating Committee for Cambodia, to discuss the following important points:

1. To listen to the progress report on a transitional plan regarding incentives and contract staff presented by Technical Adviser Sam Phummer;

2. To listen to the report on the Regional Steering Committee [RSC] meeting in Hanoi presented by His Excellency Chairman;

3. To make preparations for the meeting of the Coordinating Committee for Cambodia to be held on December 15, 2015, and

4. Other businesses.

With regards the human resources issue and the issue relating to incentives and salaries for contract staff that will be terminated completely from 2018 onwards, Mr. Sam Phummer made a related presentation and asked for the organization of a seminar on December 18, 2015 to be attended as well by representatives of the Ministry of Civil Service.
