I have already received Your Excellency’s letter dated June 10, 2015 on your participation in congratulating me on my being appointed by the extraordinary session of the Senate of the Third Legislature on June 9, 2015 as the President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
 
I wish to deeply thank Your Excellency as well as the leadership and officials of the National AIDS Authority for the congratulatory wordings and best wishes with profound significance.
