On September 2, 2014, H.E. Ieng Mouly, Senior Minister, Chairman of NAA and Chairman of CCC presided over the 67th CCC meeting of the Global Fund.

 

The participants in that meeting composed ofthe Global Fund,  members of the CCC, representatives of involved Ministries of the Royal Government of Cambodia, representatives of the United Nations—WHO, UNAIDS, etc., development partners—representatives of the German and USA Embassies, civil society—non-governmental organizations involved in the fight against AIDS, TB and Malaria, representatives of the key affected people, representatives of higher educational institution and private sector.

 

The meeting was aimed to review on the following issues: 1) Introduction: a) Review and endorse Minutes from the previous CCC meeting & b) Declaration of the Conflict of Interest by CCC members 2) Concept Note development status by Steering Committee representatives: a) HIV Concept Note, b) Malaria Concept Note Development Process, c) HSS Concept Note Development Process,  and d) GF update on status of submitted TB CN, 3) CCC Community Members Voice: a) Consultative Meeting with KAP and Community Group and b) Engagement Plans of KAP, 4) Oversight Committee Report: a) Update on PUDRs/grant deliverables, b) Status of implementation of the incentives for government staff and c) Field Visit Reports, 5) Key CCC Secretariat Update and 6) Other business.

 

To conclude the meeting, H. E. Senior Minister expressed his thankfulness to all participants from relevant ministries in the Royal Government of Cambodia, UN, development partner, civil society and key affected population who have essentially contribute and actively involved so far.
