H. E. Ieng Mouly, Senior Minister and Chairman of NAA Presides over an Ad-hoc CCC ExCom Meeting with National Programs

On June 27, 2014, at 9:00 a.m., H.E. Ieng Mouly, Senior Minister, Chairman of NAA and Chairman of Country Coordinating Committee (CCC) presided over the Ad-hoc CCC ExCom meeting with National Programs.
 
The participants in that meeting composed of: 1) Dr. Dong-Il Ahn, WHO Representative, Co-Vice-Chairman of CCC, 2) Ms. Marie-Odile Emond, UNAIDSCountry Director, Member of CCC ExCom, 3) H.E. Dr. Tia Phalla, Vice-Chairman of NAA, 4) Ms. Carrie Witlock, USAID, 5) H.E. Dr. Mao Tan Eang, Director of CENAT and his colleagues, 6) Dr. Chea Sovann, representative of Ministry of Health, 7) Dr. Ly Penh Sun, Deputy Director of NCHADS and his colleague, 8) Ms. Khan Kunthea Kalyan, representative of CNM and her colleague, and 9) Dr. Chiv Bunthy, Secretary of CCC.
 
The agenda of the meeting was as follows:
  1. Breakup of reported TB spending (reported expenditures 2012, 2013 and approved budget for 2014)
  2. HIV, TB and Malaria allocations by major expenditure items (2015, 2016 and 2017)
  3. Interventions/activities currently financed by government investments and additional investments over the next phase for:
    • Scaling up program activities and/ or
    • Absorption of existing donor support (including Global Fund), if planned
  1. Plans for health systems strengthening investments in 2015-17 period that benefits the disease programs and/or HSS supported by the Global Fund
  2. Recommendation of HIV budget core working group
  3. CCM Eligibility Requirement 1&2
  4. Other business:
    • Select CCC​ website design and development firm
    • Participants to TB Advocacy Program─WPRO Course.
