H.E. Ieng Mouly, Senior Minister and Chairman of NAA Presides over the Ad-hoc CCC ExCom Meeting
On May 20, 2014, H.E. Ieng Mouly, Senior Minister, Chairman of NAA and Chairman of Country Coordinating Committee (CCC) presided over the Ad-hoc CCC ExCom meeting.
The participants in that meeting composed of: 1) Mr. Daniel P. Dimick, Co-Vice-Chairman of CCC, 2) Dr Dong-Il Ahn, WHO Representative, Co-Vice-Chairman of CCC, 3) Ms. Momoe Takeudi, WHO, 4) Dr. Mohammed Saleem, UNAIDS in place of UNAIDSCountry Coordinator Marie-Odile Emond, Member of CCC, 5) Ms. Inga Oleksy, GF Liaison Officer, USAID, Co-Chair of the Oversight Committee and 6) Dr. Chiv Bunthy, Secretary of CCC.
The agenda of the meeting were as follows:
Performance reviews for CCC secretariat staff; contract extensions
Fund Holders Selection—for CCC Grant to the CCC secretariat
GF Regional Meeting planning—updates/nomination of participants, ExCom role, Volunteers, etc;
TB Consultative meeting—ExCom, CCC and CCC Secretariat’s role/engagement.

The need for the Disease Split Decision to be taken and communicated to the Global Fund before the first Concept Note is submitted, ie by June 15, 2014.
The disease split decision should reflect 11% of the allocated amount into cross-cutting HSS interventions.

TB Consultative meeting—ExCom, CCC and CCC Secretariat's role/engagement.
