A Cabinet Meeting of April 18, 2014

On April 18, 2014, a cabinet meeting was held at the Peace Palace under the chairmanship of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia with the participation of Excellencies and Lokchumteav members of the Cabinet.

 
The agenda of the meeting were as follows:
1.      Draft Law on the Organization of the Courts.
2.      Draft Law on the Organization and Functioning of the Supreme Council of Magistracy.
3.      Draft Law on the Statutes of Judges and Prosecutors.
4.      Other issues: Requesting for the Approval from the Cabinet Ministers to submit the Protocol of the Amendment to the International Convention on the Simplification and Harmonization of Customs Procedures to the Legislative body for ratification.
 
H.E. Ieng Mouly, Senior Minister in charge of Special Mission and Chairman of NAA also participated in the above-mentioned meeting.​
After long exchange of views, the council adopted the three abovementioned draft laws. The meeting was adjourned at 12h.
