H.E. Ieng Mouly, Senior Minister, Chairman of NAA and Lokchumteav Presides over the Khmer New Year Celebration

On April10, 2014, H.E. Ieng Mouly, Senior Minister, Chairman of NAA and Lokchumteav accompanied by Vice-Chairpersons, Advisors, Secretary General, Deputy Secretary Generals and officials of the National AIDS Authority participated in the Buddhist rituals to mark the beginning of the Traditional Khmer New Year, Year of the Horse—the year 2558 of Buddhist calendar.

 
After the religious rituals, H.E. Chairman delivered his remarks by praising all top management and officials of the NAA who have been performing their tasks all year to gain significant success​such as the establishment of the National Strategic Plan Working Groups, the retreat in Preah Sihanouk province which made us refresh and unite and the updating NAA website. H.E. Senior Minister elaborated on the new managing process and work ethics in the NAA by emphasizing on the capacity building of officials that have clearly shown in the Royal Government of Cambodia profound reforms to fully achieve the rectangular strategy phase 3 under the wise leadership of Samdach Techo Prime Minister.
 
H.E. Senior Minister wishes all top management and officials with good health, strength, wisdom, and success in work and family lives in the incoming New Year.
