Seminar on the Dissemination and Strengthening of the Implementation of the National Policy for Ending AIDS and the Sustainability of HIV Program for 2023-2028 in Kampong Speu Province
On Friday morning, June 6, 2025, at Vei Samnang meeting hall of Kampong Speu Provincial Administration, H.E. Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority presided over a seminar on the Dissemination and Strengthening of the Implementation of the National Policy for Ending AIDS and the Sustainability of the HIV Program for 2023-2028.
Participating in the seminar were: H.E. Long Bonareth, Deputy Governor, Representative of the Governor of Kampong Speu province, Excellencies, Lokchumteav, ladies and gentlemen, Directors of Provincial Departments, representatives of city, district, civil society, PLHIV and the top management of the National AIDS Authority, approximately 200 people.

5. Presentation on Institutional Strengthening for HIV Response at Sub-National Level by H.E. Dr. Tia Phalla, Vice-Chair of the NAA
6. Presentation on Standard Operation Procedures for the Registration and Issuing of the Health Equity Fund Cards (HEF Card) for Persons Working in the Tourism and Recreation Services of the Informal Economy by H.E. Dr. Ros Seilavath, Vice-Chair of the NAA
7. Presentation on the Submission of HIV and AIDS Response Activities in the Three-Year Rolling Investment Program and Commune Development Plan (CIP/CDP) and Practical Implementation by Dr. Huot Sereyrath, Director of the Department of Communication and Resource Mobilization of the NAA
