Cambodia's Senior Minister H.E Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority, presided over a meeting of Banteay Meanchey Provincial AIDS Committee.

On the morning of Tuesday, October 8th, 2024, at the Banteay Meanchey Provincial Administrative Hall, H.E Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority, presided over the meeting of Banteay Meanchey Provincial AIDS Committee. This meeting was organized to review the results of the HIV response in Banteay Meanchey province in the implementation of the National Policy to End AIDS and Sustainable AIDS Program for 2023-2028. The meeting was attended by Lok Chumteav Ros Sophany, Deputy Governor of Banteay Meanchey Province, H.E Sok Pheng, Secretary of State, Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E Sim Suyeng, Undersecretary of State, Ministry of Health, His Excellency Le Chansangvat, Director of the Department of Health and Director of the Banteay Meanchey Provincial AIDS Secretariat, Police Commissioner, Commander of the Gendarmerie, Commander of the Military Operations Area, Deputy Governor of town and district of Banteay Meanchey Province, representatives of the National Center for AIDS, Dermatology and STIs, representatives of departments around the provinces, ODs, key population groups (men having sex with men and transgender people), representatives of HIV/ AIDS organizations (HACC, AHF, RHAC, CRS, MHSS) and Leaders of the National AIDS Authority.
