The Management Team Meeting, Chaired by H.E. Senior Minister Ieng Mouly.

The National AIDS Authority held its   management team meeting, chaired by H.E. Senior Minister Ieng Mouly on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 9 a.m.

The meeting was attended by the Vice Chairs, Advisors, Secretary General, and Director of Admin/Finance Department.  

The meeting agenda proceeded as follows:

1. Welcome key note speech by H.E. Senior Minister Ieng Mouly,
2. The possibility to provide equity cards to key population.
 3. Recommendations/inputs from H.E. Senior Minister, Chair of the National AIDS Authority.
 
 • HE Senior Minister will attend the 12th Technical Advisory Board  Meeting on December 16, 2022 to learn about the possibility of providing equity cards or ID poor cards to key populations.
 • To find and clarify the total number of  key populations.
 • What kind of sex workers are in the system and what kind of people are in the informal system?
 • What are the procedures for obtaining an Equity or Poor Identity Card (ID Poor)?
 • How to encourage sex workers to take a blood test?
 • Work with the Ministry Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation, and the National Council for Social Protection to provide social protection nationwide to poor key population.
