National AIDS Authority held a Management Team meeting presided over by His Excellency Senior Minister Ieng Mouly

On the afternoon of Wednesday, June 15, 2022, from 3:00 pm, the National AIDS Authority held a Management Team meeting presided over by His Excellency Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority. The meeting was attended by the leaders, advisors, chief of the Cabinet, the acting director of Administration and Finance department.                  The purpose of the meeting was to review the agenda of the Technical Advisory board meeting, the agenda of the Policy Board Meeting, and to review the draft resolution to be adopted by the first Policy Board Meeting, as well as to review the progress update of the HIV/ AIDS response, Interventions, achievements as well as challenges issues in order to moving forward.
The meeting was proceeded with the following:
1) To Approve the draft agenda of the first Policy Board Meeting of the National AIDS Authority that will be held on 30 June 2022.
2) To Review and revise the draft resolution to be adopted by the first Policy Board Meeting with the following modification made by:  
- To Include key points related to the implementation of the recommendations Strategies Working groups of the Mid-Term Review.
- To add the ninth point requesting the Global Fund and all development partners to strengthen the country system initiated by the National AIDS Authority in order to achieve the sustainability of the HIV/ AIDS response program in Cambodia.
