Senior Minister His Excellency Ieng Mouly Presides Over Virtual Meeting To Hand Over Global Fund Board Membership for Western Pacific Region Constituency
On the afternoon of March 18, 2021 from 1300 to 1500, Senior Minister His Excellency Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority and outgoing member of the Global Fund Board for Western Pacific Region Constituency, presided over a meeting, via BlueJeans video conference, to hand over the Constituency membership of the Global Fund Board to Mrs. Fiu Fesaitu Williame-Igara.
Participating in this meeting were Lady Roslyn Morauta, Vice-Chair of the GF Board; Mr. Maximilian Mueller and Mrs. Camila Vega, representatives of the GF Secretariat; Mrs. Fiu Fesaitu Williame-Igara, incoming member of the GF Board for Western Pacific Region Constituency, replacing His Excellency the Senior Minister; Prof. Pham Le Tuan, alternate GF Board member, as well as H.E. Dr. Sorn Piseth and Mr. Elden Chamberlain, respectively outgoing and incoming focal points.
Also present as witness at the meeting were Dr. Jim Tulloch, member of the GF Strategy Committee; Mrs. Siula Bulu, former GF Board member representing Vanuatu; Mr. Matthew Morris, adviser to Lady Roslyn, and top NAA managers, including NAA Vice Chairs H.E. Dr. Tia Phalla, H.E. Dr. Ros Sellavath; Secretary General H.E. Chhim Khindareth; Director of Cabinet H.E. Sut Thangphann, and assistant Sorn Chanvirak. Thirteen accounts were used with the participation of more than 20 attendees.
