Senior Minister His Excellency Ieng Mouly Converses With Cambodian People's Party Leaders in Kampong Speu Province’s Basedth District

Senior Minister His Excellency Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority and Head of the CPP Working Group Assisting Basedth District, had conversation with the district’s deputy governor and several district councillors on the morning of July 4, 2020.

 

His Excellency the Senior Minister inquired about the local people’s living conditions, security and social order issues, and employment status of the workers, employees, and citizens during the COVID-19 crisis, especially about the census of poor families in order to provide Krar 1, Krar 2 Equity Cards and Cash Assistance Program to them and to vulnerable people.

 

Moreover, His Excellency the Senior Minister offered recommendation about the task of integrating the AIDS work into the Commune/Sangkat Development Plan by making use of all the communes in Basedth District as the starting point and Kampong Speu Province as prototype for undertaking the implementation of the AIDS-Fighting Program, with the participation mainly of the provincial governor, head of the Health Department, head of the Economic Department, head the Treasury Department, and heads of department concerned as well as the district’s governor, commune chiefs, commune councillors, commune clerks, referral hospital, and health center.
