Senior Minister His Excellency Ieng Mouly Presides Over Meeting of National AIDS Authority Leading Managers To Examine and Discuss Action Plans and Budget for 2020

On the morning of Thursday, June 27, 2019, Senior Minister His Excellency Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority, presided over a meeting of the National AIDS Authority leading managers to examine and discuss the authority’s action plan and budget for 2020.

Present at the meeting were Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs, the vice chairs, secretary general, and deputy secretary general of the National AIDS Authority as well as ladies and gentlemen, the department heads under the supervision of the authority’s Secretariat General.

The meeting focused on efforts to implement multisectoral policies, the Royal Government’s guidance, and annual action plans in order to achieve the goal of preventing HIV transmission and providing care and treatment to the people currently living with HIV by estimating the need of resources for carrying out operations in 2020 and by carrying out the three-one principle:

1. A single strategic plan;

2. One coordinating institution, and

3. A single evaluation system towards achieving the 95-95-95 targets by 2025.
