Senior Minister His Excellency Ieng Mouly and Madam Visit Compatriot Citizens in Pheary Mean Chey Commune of Basedth District
Senior Minister His Excellency Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority, and Madam as well as the National AIDS Authority working group visited the compatriot citizens in Pheary Mean Chey commune, Basedth District, Kampong Speu Province, on Sunday, March 25, 2018.
His Excellency the Senior Minister, Madam, and the working group paid the visit to the compatriot citizens at their home to ask about the health conditions and livelihood of the grandfathers and grandmothers as well as of the compatriot brothers, sisters, nephews, and nieces, who are workers working at various factories and enterprises, or who make a living by growing rice the locality.
His Excellency the Senior Minister informed the compatriot citizens of the development policy; political situation; progress made by the Kingdom of Cambodia in the socioeconomic and religious domains; the road and bridge construction; the increase in the number of cars and motorbikes; the development of the education and health sectors; the fight against AIDS in the Kingdom of Cambodia, and so forth.
His Excellency the Senior Minister informed the compatriot citizens of the care and sacrifice of physical strength and time for rest by Samdech Prime Minister to visit and inquire after the compatriot citizens. His Excellency also informed the compatriot citizens of the progress and success in implementing the policy of elevating and improving the people’s livelihood, such as the Royal Government’s assurance to take care of nephew and niece workers’ welfare and offer support to the niece workers when giving birth, and so forth.
In particular, the working group wanted to understand deeper the local citizens’ concrete living conditions and the challenges facing them in order to seek solutions to those problems.
