On the morning of October 31, 2017 H.E. Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority (NAA) and Country Coordinating Committee (CCC) headed a meeting between members of CCC Executive Committee and Representatives of Key Affected Population (KAP) of the HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria in Cambodia.
The Meeting exchanged experiences, information and examined cooperation activities and achievement that have been carried out together in battling HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria as well as reducing their impacts so far.
On behalf of the key affected population across country in the CCC, the meeting reviewed supports, contribution and success accomplished by the KAP and encouraged for further their involvement and inputs in coming CCC mandate 2018-2019 to facilitate the Global Fund Programs combating HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria.
It should be reminded that the National AIDS Authority, the Global Fund and relevant Development Partners with participation of KAP Representatives have made efforts together to reduce mortality and morbidity of the three diseases and their impacts as well. All relevant stakeholders warmly supported and empowered inputs of the KAP Representative in the process of the program facilitation and needs of control against the three diseases in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
