H.E. Senior Minister Ieng Mouly headed bidder`s information session for sub-sub implementer applicants for 2018-2020 Global Fund Programs against HIV/AIDS and TB

At the National AIDS Authority, on the afternoon of September 07, 2017, H.E. Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, chair of the National AIDS Authority and Chair of the Global Fund Country Coordinating Committee led information sharing meeting between applicant and CCC on requirement, preparation and process to bid for applicants of Sub Sub-implementers for HIV/AIDS and TB programs for 2018-2020. Applicants are technical stakeholders within Ministries, Development Partners and Non-Governmental organization or key population association etc.

The Sub sub-implementers will be recruited and shared implementing programs activities and reporting to sub implementers (National Programs), lead implementer (MoH) then Principal Recipient (MEF). Call for expression of interest, application preparation and submission, evaluation and selection decision have been processed based on prescription and guidance instructed by GFATM and facilitating by CCC.
