
On the morning of May 31, 2017 at Naga World Hotel, in his capacity as Chair of the Coordinating Committee of the Global Fund for Cambodia, His Excellency Ieng Mouly, senior minister in charge of special mission and Chair of the National AIDS Authority, presided over an opening ceremony for a workshop to evaluate the Global Fund’s upcoming program projects in Cambodia.
The Independent Advisory Council of the Global Fund’s Board of Directors in Geneva has initiated this evaluation. This evaluation will be conducted on all aspects, such as operation of the project programs; policies; achievements attained and to be attained in short, medium, and long terms, and impacts ensuing from the program projects of fighting against HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria.
The senior minister advised the institutions, entities, and officials of all relevant sectors to offer views and opinions and join a technical evaluation team to gather, compile, and collect important information and data to steer the direction of and be used as compass for the Global Fund’s program projects in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
