His Excellency Senior Minister Ieng Mouly and Lok Chumteav join leading officials and public servants to celebrate the traditional national New Year of Rooster Nopveaksak B.E. 2561.

At the National AIDS Authority Headquarters in the afternoon of April 12, 2017, a blessing ceremony to celebrate the traditional national New Year of Rooster Nopveaksak B.E. 2561, A.D. 2017, was attended by His Excellency Senior Minister Ieng Mouly; Lok Chumteav Tum Setha; their Excellencies and Lok Chumteav the Vice Chairs, Advisers, Secretary General, and Deputy Secretary General; the ladies, gentlemen, and misses the head and deputy heads of departments, and civil servants of the National AIDS Authority. The ceremony was to pray for best wishes from new goddesses.

Following the blessing ceremony, His Excellency Senior Minister chatted with the leading officials and civil servants and presented best wishes to public servants at all levels of the National AIDS Authority.

On that occasion, His Excellency Senior Minister also recalled last year’s good progress and results in the fight against AIDS. He thanked and praised the National AIDS Authority’s officials at all levels for their participation with physical and moral strengths, and he wished them happiness and prosperity in the New Year of Rooster Nopveaksak B.E. 2561.
