His Excellency Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of National AIDS Authority, Leads Joint Working Meeting on AIDS Between Royal Government and Development Partners

On the afternoon of 13 January 2017 at the National AIDS Authority headquarters, His Excellency Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority, led a joint working meeting on AIDS between the Royal Government and development partners, with the participation of Their Excellencies, Lok Chumteav, ladies, and gentlemen the representatives of institutions and ministries concerned, development partner agencies, aid donors, nongovernmental organizations, civil society organizations, diverse national entrepreneurial organizations, and so forth. The joint working meeting between the Royal Government and development partners on AIDS centered on the evolution of last year’s common indicators between the government and development partners and considered the 2017-2018 indicators of CRDB/CDC, focusing on the government’s resolution on ending the HIV epidemic by 2025, in a context when development partners are in the process of scaling down assistance and when national budget is being boosted to contribute to reinforcing self-reliance in response, making it effective and efficient in preparation to ensure that the response is sustainable.
